Offices and commercial spaces
Final cleaning after fitting out or refurbishing an office, shop or other commercial unit before handover or opening.
Construction dust · final cleaning · handover preparation
Thorough final cleaning after renovation, refurbishment or construction work. We remove construction dust from accessible surfaces and, as agreed, clean floors, joinery, elements and glazing to prepare the space for handover or use.
One-off or phased, based on property condition
Final cleaning after work
After refurbishment or finishing work, fine dust remains on floors, joinery and other accessible elements and may settle again after the first pass. We therefore plan post-construction cleaning around the property stage, surface types, amount of dust and agreed handover standard.
The service does not replace contractor removal of materials and larger construction waste. Before final cleaning, the space must be safe and sufficiently cleared for access to surfaces. Glazing, special residue and machine floor treatment are included only when explicitly agreed and assessed as feasible.
Property types
We adapt the scope to the purpose of the space and its actual readiness for cleaning, from one final visit to several agreed phases.

Accessible corridors, stairwells, entrances and other shared zones after work, with the schedule and scope confirmed in advance.

One-off or phased visits for investors, contractors, property managers and owners, based on the readiness of individual zones.
Service organisation
The best model depends on whether all work is complete, whether the whole property is handed over at once and whether cleaned zones can be protected from new dust.
Suitable when contractor work is complete, larger waste has been removed and every agreed zone is accessible for thorough cleaning.
For properties handed over floor by floor or zone by zone, we can assess several visits with a clear definition of what is ready in each phase.
If the surface and condition permit, machine cleaning can be included. We do not confirm a method without assessing the material and dirt.

Photos, floor area and the actual stage of work help us define a feasible scope and timing without unclear promises.
Clear preparation and scope
The final result also depends on whether the work is truly complete and whether cleaned surfaces can remain protected from new dust. Before quoting, we therefore separate confirmed cleaning activities from construction waste, repairs, damage removal and special processes outside the standard scope.
